MikaFy is strictly an automated software tool for sorting, categorising, and organising transaction files and CSVs.

The Company is not an FCA-regulated financial adviser, tax consultancy, or accountancy firm.

The Service does not provide formal financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Information and automated sorting generated by the Application are provided for informational utility only and should not be relied upon as official tax filings or financial counsel without independent verification.

User Accounts

When You create an account within MikaFy, You must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your login credentials and for all activities that occur under Your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict access to the Service, at Our sole discretion if these Terms are violated or if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

User Content & CSV Processing

Users may upload transaction data files (including CSV files) strictly for the purpose of automated sorting and organization within the Service.

Ownership: You retain full ownership of any raw financial data or CSV files You upload. The Company claims no intellectual property rights over Your personal data files.

Usage: By uploading files, You grant the Company a limited license to process and display the content solely as required to deliver the functionality of the Service to You.

Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Free Trials

MikaFy offers auto-renewing subscription plans and free trials to access premium features of the Application.

Billing Provider: All in-app purchases, free trial activations, and recurring subscription payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing (or Apple App Store, where applicable) in accordance with the store operator’s terms.

Management & Cancellation: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. You can manage, pause, or cancel your active subscription at any time directly through Your Google Account (Google Play Store) settings.

Intellectual Property & Feedback

Promotions & Contests

We may occasionally offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes through the Service. Specific rules, eligibility conditions, and terms will be detailed at the time any such promotion is made available.

Links to Other Websites & Social Media Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services (including Third-Party Social Media Services). Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, operate without interruption, or be completely error-free.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Severability, Waiver & Translation

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed to accomplish its objectives under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Waiver: Failure to exercise a right or require performance under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right at any time thereafter.

Translation: In the case of a dispute, the original English text of these Terms shall prevail.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
